The OPOE (Officiating Program of Excellence) is a camp held to identify and instruct BC Hockey officials that show potential placement or promotion within the Above Minor Program. BC Hockey High Performance officials are the elite officials within our organization. They have the opportunity to be selected for regional and national events such as the BC Winter Games, Canada Winter Games and the World Under 17 Hockey Challenge.
